How do you have a catch can on a vacum? Is it sealed, and you just empty it now and again ?
yes - sealed unit with no vent - just check it now and again and drain is needed, but i doubt it will be ... |

went to LR dealer....they said it was too long ago, but it had been done - in 2009, so its lasted that long so cant really complain i suppose....

The AMk is not better to the Hitachi - it is an alternative. Rebuild your Hitachi.

Well think my choices are either:
Buy an eBay pump and fitting kit and spend around £200 and fit myself and keep my fingers crossed
Or
Go for a genuine AMK pump and have it fitted by garage ... |
