Land rover recall advice

2006 RRS 2.7 gurgling when holding brake pedal

Hi All...just after some advice

Upon holding the brake pedal i am hearing a gurgling from behind the dash. Have done some research and there was a recall some years ago for updated vac lines and possibly servo replacement to stop oil getting into the brake servo and causing reduced braking performance and noises...

i have checked and i believe the work ahs been done, as there are two vac hoses, with a type of valve, but not 100% sure. I have checked the vin online and it doesn't say it is outstanding, but still not sure...

Therefore i am going to give Land Rover a call tomorrow and double check - but if the work was done and there is now still an issue, will Land Rover still fix the issue for free under this recall even though its years later? - are they still liable for past recalls if the problem which was fixed, has reoccured?

many thanks
paul
