Unidentified leak

From looking at the driveway, the leak is not water based washer fluid or coolant & its looks its coming from the floor underneath the drivers seat, any ideas?

The leak maybe from the rear diff, is that just seals?

What does it smell like? If diesel rather than oil then as Disco Mikey says the fuel filter is under there or alternatively it may be a leak from the FBH pump or pipework which is nearby, slightly in front of the drivers seat and towards the middle. I had a leak from there although in your case the Fuel Burning Heater pump shouldn't be working in the summer so less likely! 2010 TDV8 - current - my first RRS, loving it so far......
2005 Cayenne S - handling defied physics and what a sound, so sod the mpg!
1995 Disco TDI- surprisingly reliable, shame about the peeling dash & other trim
Lots of other non 4X4's in between times.........

That’s just a little distance from the drivers seat area! 2012 5.0 SC AB

It's not just condensate from the air conditioning, is it? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

If it was condensate, wouldn't it evaporate in this weather & the fluid feels like oil in my fingers

If it's oily, it's either fuel or dynamic response fluid. Fuel has an obvious smell, dynamic response fluid isn't smelly in small amounts.

The dynamic response valve block is under the driver's side cill, the pipes run to and from it along the cell. The front and rear anti roll bars are known to leak.

Needs putting on a ramp and having a good look at.

It could also be transfer box or gearbox fluid but again it needs to be jacked up and a good look around. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

The oil leak is from the rear diff area, is this a repair or replacement

Mystery solved, the rear anti roll bar is leaking.
