New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

It's a long time ago I did mine but I'm sure it is the yellow wire on one side and green on the other but can't remember which is o/s and which is n/s, do have a spare pair of mirrors here so could have a look if you get stuck.

Cheers
Col

England 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Fuji White

It’s Pin 12 you need, that should be a vacant slot in your connector. On a MY14 Disco this was a Green and White wire of 0.5mm diameter. It’s earthed through the common mirror ground pin 6. So all you need to do is run a wire from the pos wire on your existing door indicator.

When LR fitted these mirrors to the Disco 4 they put a SDV6 or SC6 type badge in the old indicator hole. I did as Col recommended to me and fitted the boot badges over my holes. I think Col may have left his indicator based fitted but cut the lenses off before putting the badges on. 2012 5.0 SC AB

Yeah, this is what I did to mine, as Chris says got a couple of these A/B badges of fleabay and bonded them to the original repeater lamp plastic backing leaving original bulbholders in place, they then cliped in the hole same as original lamps did, did seal around edges though with silicone selant just to make sure they were watertight, being the 5.0L didn't want to use the SDV6 badges. Will have to have a look at the Disco 4 down here as a lot of them have the 5.0 engine in them I believe.

Thanks guys.

Sorry for a dim question. But why have you put a badge over your side repeater? ===========================================

Personally thought it defeated the object of fitting mirrors with led indicators in them slightly if left in place.

I am going to need to try and pick up a pin connector so that I can put it in to connection 12. Any ideas on a product name , type , size of the pin.

Normally I would buy a broken park and take it from there but that’s not going to be an option with how expensive RR parts are.

Would this be correct? Obviously not the green connector. Throw that away. But the pins?

Are you sure that's the end you want and not this one?

Unfortunate so far away as have a few of these here which have both ends, I think they came out of a door wiring harness I got of fleabay if I remember correctly something like this.

Thanks mate. Not sure why I didn’t think of buying the complete door harness. Even cheaper and can always salvage for parts in the future if needs be.

Cheers for the little mental prompt there. ===========================================

And let there be light!

Thanks all for the help In getting this sorted. It was actually very straight forward. Pulling the door cards off and getting at the wiring was far easier than on my MK2 TT that I had.
