I think yesterday's sites were great (especially the morning's mud!). I'd be quite happy doing another day of the same and maybe I could persuade the wife to come. It would be great to get 10 Sports together and repeat this. Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!

Hello guys, the reason I use the midland area is obviously because it is easier to get the group together from both north and south. Yesterday we had guys from Scotland and Dorset, not forgetting VA of course and Kam, who was about the nearest in Birmingham.

I have many other sites and locations that can be used, it is just getting the numbers to make it worthwhile. I price it so that I can pay the instructors and the location with a donation to Martin to keep the sites going. I take nothing out of it at all, other than the fun side with you guys.

VA, I trust you have more than 1 shot of your D3 recovery expertise being exercised?!?

Bit sad but did you have a tow strop or was it borrowed?

I have a crappy £30 halfords touch rated at 3 tones - it has towing hooks at either end but still doesn't look as if it is up to much......... Currently: Carbon Black 535d

As I was towing I relied on others to get the pics. There is an mpeg on D3 which is good. All equipment was borrowed and I wouldn't trust a £30 Halfords thing! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
