How does it get past the valve |

Apparently its a bit of a nightmare if you get air into the ABS block. But I guess with an IID you can sort it. |

IID = A diagnostic tool; to open valves in the ABS module to release air.

Completely normal As long as the pedal is rock solid when the engine is off, it's fine |

The servo provides assistance to the braking system. It's also checked as part of the MOT
|

Did you disconnect the pipes from the master cylinder then?

Thanks Andy I've had a look through Bodsy s bible but I can't find anything other than references to T4 but doesn't say what to do?
