Northern Ireland 2012 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Java Black
What should I get sorted first when purchasing second hand

My RRS has 104,000 miles on the clock. The dealer I got it from gave it a full service in November with a local specialist.

It's MOT is due at the end of March. I've booked it in for the beginning of March to get it's transmission serviced and to look at a creaking noise it keeps making whenever I make tight turns, along with an MOT check.

Is there anything else I need to be getting sorted/ should be prioritising, giving that the car is 10 years old? It has a full Land Rover service history, but I can't find any receipts to say if any other specific work was carried out, aside from a full service.

Change all the transmission oils and not just the gearbox. Transfer and both diffs.

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

Creaking noise - suspension bushes.

New upper/lower front (and rear) suspension arms
If your steering is "lumpy" then a new lower steering column would be good.
4 wheel alignment is a good idea. 2013 L320 3.0 TD in grey! sometimes towing a Buccaneer Cruiser.
