I'm new to both this forum and infact any forum. . . ever.
I have just purchades my first Range Rover. its a 2008 Sport HSE with a few added mods. My only other venture into the Land Rover flavour was a heavily customised Land Rover 90 V8.
I've owned over 50 cars and a dozen bikes many of which I have cutomised/modified/tailored to my needs and will possibly do the same to my RRS. If so I hope to use the knowledge of this forum as well as adding to it where needed.

Hello,
I am on the verge of changing from a FL2 HSE to a RRS about 2012/13 and trying to find out more.
I have almost settled on a 2012 HSE Luxury diesel automatic.

Ca will not be used off road but will pull a small caravan from time to time.

I am a gadget person, and want to know what comes as standard.


What do members think are important must haves?

And if non standard can they be retrofitted ?

Recently purchased a 2006 4.2 S/C, so this is the first place I headed for some pre-purchase research and now I've finally signed up.

I've owned some pretty nice/complex cars but the RRS has got me feeling pretty nervous about general reliability after spending evenings scrolling through the various posts but that's the price we petrolheads pay.

Not owned a Range Rover since 2006, so it's good to be back in the fold and hopefully I'll be able to contribute to the forum.

I've just bought a 2007 sport hse with 94000 on the clock was just wondering weather Flack was coming down this way this year I'm in kent , or if there is anyone down here with a good reputation like flack for changing cam belts tensioner and maybe oil pump housing, by the way nice to meet you all cheers

Hi guys just joined and just got a rrs and just wondering do I change the oil pump casing when doing belts it's a 2.7 10200 miles !!!!
Is there anyone on here that does this work north east Co Durham I am willing to travel for the right job to be done
