Afternoon,
The ISOT adapter lead arrived today. Time to install the Parrot.
In my minds eye this looks to be simple install, the relevant plugs from the parrot cable harness plug into the corresponding plug on the ISO harness with the matching coloured cables.
And then plug from the Landrover stereo plugs into the only option on the ISO cable and voila. Job done.

Or have i missed out a step.

There is no ignition supply on the RRS plug, so if the parrot requires this you need to get it from the cigar lighter socket plug. (cable colour is usually red or yellow on the ISO adaptors)

Got it all wired in. But no power on the parrot. So have to dig out the cigar power..... Queue more you tube searches.
Not much space behind the stereo for all these extra cables.

I was thinking the RRS has lots of space for cables compared with other cars.
Use the space above if you need to.

Thanks. Will do. Once i have power to the parrot unit it will be easier to slide it all into various crevices.
The ignition power cable and 12v power cable from th parrot harness are quite short and won't reach all the way down to the cigar lighter area, and that would mean taking apart the centre console??

Not easer to go straight from the fuesbo behind the glove box (not that i know how to)

You could get power from the fuse box assuming you can see a path to get it over there.
You can get piggy back fuses for this purpose.
See eBay item eBay Item No. 301803935752 as an example.

That looks like what i need, but would need almost a metre long. Maybe 60cm to get from fuse box, through side f centre console into the radio cavity and then plug in.

Sweet, found the piggy back fuse things locally, just get the wire and necessary clips / plugs from same place.
