Anti-roll bar bushes most likely
Yes, you can do it yourself but it's not easy to get to the bolts
About £200 from a LR dealership, perhaps less if you shop around. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

best way to check anti roll bar rubbers is the disconnect the drop links as it hard to feel any movement with them connected and its only 5 minutes to take them off

I will carry on and have roll bar bushes changed firstly due to fact my car as dynamic response roll bar, the drop link I will change myself, I will see what the bushes do if anything, one step at a time,

That'll be a few hundred pounds depending on whether they're LR / OEM/ pattern parts and who is doing them. Quite often requires the wishbone to be cut off. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

All done sounds great now

After changing the anti roll bar bushes and fitting the modified brackets all seems fine now, we did also change both lower suspension arms too, but the problem was the anti roll bushes, the new kit cost £85 and lower arms £240 the pair, hope this helps anyone who get the dreaded knock starting,
