It was Halfords own high temp caliper paint. Dried quick and with a fine sand in between coats on the caliper, I think it came out ok. I did give them a good de-grease first and after the third coat I was happy with the finish. The transfers were off ebay and are supposed to be ok for high temp. They have been on for over a week now and all seems just as fresh. The discs were painted with the same caliper paint in gloss black, I'm going to use it on the rear calipers when I get time. |

Just out of interest as im looking to paint my calipers, do you guys use a "Heavy duty" jack , ramp or just the usual supplied jack to life the car and remove the wheel?

When I did mine I used the supplied jack but put my 2.5 Ton axle stand under too as a backup. I only did one wheel at a time too. One thing I would say is use a good quality wheel spanner, the |

Nice job! ![]() That's one for me to do! Just a quick Q, the calipers you have are they Brembo's? They look the same as the ones on mine and was wondering where to put the stickers, but you've kindly sorted that for me ![]() MY2015 Jaguar XE R Sport, Black Pack - Company Car 2014 BMW M5 F10 4.4 V8 Twin turbo |

Fish, did you remove the callipers to paint them or paint them on the vehicle?

You beat me to it, Jim. I can't see how you can get a decent finish on the edges by the discs without removing the calipers and that's what put me off doing mine. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy
