Did you have genuine Land Rover or aftermarket towing electrics fitted? Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support! |

The electrics are genuine land rover parts (the trailer indicator light works) and the tow bar is Thule. When I towed with 1 horse there was no problem, 2 horses seem to be the problem. No problems in everyday running around. I do wonder if the towbar is slightly low as there are a lot of different height adjustments on the actual tow bar and with the heavier load it pushes the RR down too much |

It does sound like the rear suspension is carrying too much load. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

The towbar is set at 400mm at the moment, I am going to get it changed to 450mm and see how that works .. Anyone know what is the ideal height for a heavy trailer is? Thank you. |
