Mine did this and over the course of a year I finally managed to get it fixed (under warranty thankfully). Problem used to be cured by a system reset (stopping and restarting the engine).

The clock spring on these is a well known fault, not that expensive, and from your symptoms sounds like a classic case |

My 2006 Sport cruise does the same. The cruise will work fine for a while then will just stop. Turning the engine off will sometimes work but not always. Had it looked at last year but the cruise worked fine for the mechanic and he couldn't find a fault on the computer. Really frustrating. Joyfully it has just developed an air suspension fault (after driving through the wilds of North London !) leaving the suspension fully lowered giving a really bouncy ride. I will be booking it in for a double service. |

Mite b a sensor problem with yor suspension strusal I've heard it's common with the earlier models apparently |
