Why should WE all suffer becuase the water companies have been so P!ss poor at managing the UK's water levels?

Seriously it amazes me that we do not, in this day and age, have a national water grid, which would help get the vast surpluses we have in this part of the country down to the thirsty millions in the south and southeast of England who persist in living in a desert. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
