Am looking for some help please.

Wife ran into the back of someone the other week. No-one hurt and very slight damage all round.

We're going through the insurance and the guys doing the work to our (09, 58plate) Range Rover Sport TDV8 are telling me that Land Rover say there's a problem with the mould for the front bumepers and they've all been withdrawn and being re-issued and there's no 'available date' yet.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is it likely that there are no new/replacement front bumpers available at all?

Does anyone know where I might source one?

There are a few breakers dealing with RRS's now - you looking for a new one or quick fix/ - fleabay often have RRS bits being broken up ....

yes i have a front bumper off a TDV8 in mint condition, with ACC and finished in java black if thats any help at all

And of course there is always ebay. I havn't heard anything about a problem with the production of bumpers but there might be. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

speak to the Parts Manager Nick at Yeovil Landrover, (sorry no phone no to hand)

highly recomended from Disco 3 site and have had some good dealings myself from him.

If there is one in the country he will find it, if not he will tell you when it is likley and what sort of problem their is in the supply/production line.
