Malaysia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Chawton White

The two metallic cover plates (audio unit side trim panels) - I believe you just tug them out.

However you will need to remove the floor console also...

Terribly sorry ST....I will use your approach when Bobby's fails.

I got to stage 1 (remove cover strip) and stage 2 (remove DSC, Hazard light unit + undo screws) last night but could not get the stupid audio unit out. It comes out about 2mm and then bangs on something I cannot see or work out Crying or Very sad

I'm thinking you may have to start at the bottom and work up....seems a little illogical though to take the audio unit out you need to take out the entire centre console...? Come on Bobby what's the answer...or do I have to resort to ST's toolbag? RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof

I thought to just needed to remove the floor console to access the Climate Control Assembly? Question Question Malaysia Boleh!

Yep, I removed the "Instrument Panel Console Switch cluster" and undid the screws etc, but it still did not budge...well apart from 2mm.

I think the key is the "Floor Console Upper Panel".......do you have this up your sleeve? RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof
