I have very strong feelings about it all. Especially when I receive job applications, from people who cannot speak English and a foot notes reads


"this application has been filled out by an interpreter."



Are we supposed to give them jobs when they cannot speak English and we are governed by huge Health and Safety laws in this country

And we are supposed to take full responsibility for them in our places of work, where is the Government help for us


I also sympathise in some cases for their plight, but to be English you have to live as English.

And no Va no mixed race in my genes, Great grandpappy was a poultry farmer from down south, ok I suppose i am of mixed race then  no regrets!

There's no problem with those who have even the briefest of British lineage being here.

We're referring to the hundreds of thousands currently swamping this Country without legal right to be here. Africans claiming "asylum" and East Europeans who should only be here to seek work where jobs or skill shortage exist. The Association of London Boroughs recently announced they cannot cope with the demand placed on council housing by these groups. Then look at crime: 6 out 10 criminals are of afro-caribbean decent, and up to 7 out of 10 of the prison population of are of non-indigenous origin. Those statistics have huge financial and security implications, not to mention explain why our prisons are so full and why convicted criminals do not get custodial sentences when they should!

one of my closest friends worked out in Brazil for 2 years - met his wife to be - she came to the UK and became a British Citizen - she's a beautiful woman who is an asset to the UK imho

Brian with most of these things the benefits are probably not obvious unless you actually look. Example food processing for large supermarkets - this sort of work is badly paid and usually done by the less skilled immigrants. Every time you eat a pre made curry this is probably made by a new worker to this country. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I hardly think a Sainsburys curry is sufficient compensation for increased taxes, no National Health beds, no council housing, and having my car broken into, my credit details forged and being mugged in the streets.
