2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I think it is an improvement over the current version, but look very closely at the front and rear bumpers and it looks like that X5 has a body kit added to it............................... and that improves the look immensely, I bet without it the car will not look that different from the current version Sad

And I still wouldn't buy one, I would sooner have a Freelander2 than an X5 or an X3 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Tim, I fully agree with your summation that it looks like the old X5 with a bodykit. That's beacuse I owned an X5 with an expensive bodykit and there ARE similarities. I also agree that the new one's an improvement, but, despite inferior off-road capabilities, I would definitely still think about buying one. The X3 is ugly and the Freelander is a poor man's Discovery, so rule-out those options. However, the X5 remains a good solid reliable car and always worth consideration! i still wouldn't buy one - just fancy a test drive - there is no doubt 'technically' BMW's are always better, however they are sooooo boring

I'm with Jay on this - if I was to buy BMW I'd go Alpina

I'm not sure I like the external looks of the new X5.... interior is greatly improved over the old one though.
