I have a TDV8 so there may be some differences but before you get out the spanners, have you tried any gearbox additives? My Indie diagnosed a vibration as a torque converter on its way out but before resorting to a second mortgage, they said I should try a power flush and add an additive (I'm Guessing Dr Tranny? but not sure). That was January 2021 and 35,000 miles ago. All good so far. Robin
