Cheers , less expense! Any tips on bolt removal, other than weld a new nut and keep a fire extinguisher handy!

Ah well I'll blog on, bolt head would no take a weld, must be made of dissimilar metal, tried every combination of society and eventually ground off the head. Unfortunately now I'll have to release the the rest of the two rears to extract the remaining stud! And yes the pipes are are nightmare to pull out, one to go. I think I've got the body high enough now.

AH ! The suspension components, I left the suspension at full height, and had to remove the drop link and then the top arm, problem arose with the feed pipe to air spring, not protruding enough to catch the cooler nut and so wary of snPping the pure through it locating hole at the top of strut plate, any suggestions, perhaps just feed it through carefully as I remove the bag?

Drop link comes off
Flexi pipe needs unbolted from hub carrier and top arm, but they can both stay on
Undo the driveshaft nut and push out the hub
Lower the shock down and undo the pipe when accessible
Earth strap off the body

Thumbs Up

Yeah tricky that pipe , got a bit squashed but still whole , I think.
The four new pipes must use the inserts left in hyd block, doesn't seem like new ones are supplied. Its a weird set up for sealing pipe joints.

Tried to edit earlier, apologies, meant to say seized bolt.
Anyway after a big effort releasing new pipe clamps , those pipes do not want go in easily at all , what an effort As long as they don't leak I'll be happy .

Got a question , the front four pipes came (as anyone who has done this) with clamps , keeping everything in place. I think they're fitted back to front comparing them to the old section lying out. It's just that they aren't happy lining up to the new rubber mounts I have screwed to the chassis leg.
Obvious thing is to turn them the other way.
They have a right angled lip to the bottom , and at the moment they are turned outwards.
Does Anyone recall correct fitment.

👍That solves it Mike thank you.

Going to ask you Mike , and you might not answer, I have heaps of Dexron 111 , and I can't see it is much different from RavenolCold climate or L/R 's Cold Climate other thN temp range . The D111 is GM6417M and its not D11, what do you use yourself, and what do you know , if you have any idea that would be useful.
