Thats great thanks would rather go to Main dealer as always worried about cheap updates etc and the damage they can do!

Thanks have done, ringing local dealers now to see if i can get a price off them , Parts department say its a service enquiry and service say its a parts department issue. Been nice so time to get a bit shirty with them |

You can do this yourself using official update at same price, but it takes a long time to upload, supplied on USB stick. (Year dependant) Some LR Dealerships will supply you maps to upload yourself and a licence key. My dealership don't do updates but will supply you the maps on a USB stick and activation code to do yourself. (Even though it says on site a dealer has to do them).

the usb upgrade only works on the newer sports, the OP has an older 2011 hard drive system... |
