For pre-2010MY cars you need an external FBH controller - you cannot just buy the blip from eBay Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

I've read through the PDF file and it appears to be a very simple install with no coding required or anything to activate in any menus.

it looks like it bypasses the vehicles ecu and uses its own to run and heat the engine

No coding required but you will NOT get anything in any menu on pre-2010 RRS.
