I recently had the EGR's blanked with a software update and BAS engine remap on my 2008 TDV8. I also had the gearbox flushed.

Whats are the tolerances for suspension calibration?
I've replaced all 4 sensors, re-calibrated (many times) and the front right height is always 20mm lower than the front right.

I have the iCarsoft v3 reader and it too says HDC fault when I run a diagnostic. But it doesn't affect the reading.
As soon as you unplug the warning goes away.
