I would def be changing the fuel filter and retrying hopefully a relatively cheap fix,also get the codes read, good luck, as an aside was around north wales a couple of weeks ago

| I’ve seen them like that before but carnt see it causing the hesitation as you described it, though it won’t hurt to clean it up and maybe replace the O ring if damaged |
