Hi All,

My 2012 RR Sport spare wheel is knackered (corroded) and won’t hold air. I’ve found someone local selling a spare from a 2006 - will it fit?

Mine - 175/80/19
Potential Purchase - 255/50/19

Will I have any issues or will it do the job and get me off the motorway in an emergency? I suppose also, will it fit under the car as well?

It will fit the car as the PCD is the same on both vehicles, and will certainly fit under the vehicle, what size wheel/tyres are fitted to the car? as if to much of a mismatch might throw up a warning light/fault code on the likes of roundabouts etc.

The 255 is around 10mm larger diam. probably less if a worn tyre, so should be no problem as a spare to get you home ok.
