Hi,

I’m just trying find out how to force a reset on the infotainment system on my 2019 RRS as I’m adding in hitch assist but currently can’t get it to show after the CCF change. I’ve tried holding the power button with no luck and also tried holding power button with the Up Volume also held - again with no luck.

Any suggestions gratefully received on this and also if anyone is aware if to enable hitch assist it also needs tow assist activated (not done this yet as didn’t know what each option related to).

As a follow up I've now managed to get the Hitch Assist to appear. It needed the ECUs to relearn the CCF but I guess a hard reset by removing the battery would have also done the same. Still don't have a the trailer indicator repeat on the dash (even using a standard trailer board) but I think I can live without that.
