Does this N888 Security Enhancement (Phase 4) patch only apply to L461 in the UK.

I've checked here in France under TOPIX with my VIN, and there is nothing.

Perhaps they're starting with the UK, given the issues with thefts/insurance, and will then roll it out elsewhere. 2023 P440e Dynamic SE
