RRS P400E

I have a 10 month old above bought from new.
This is my 2nd factory vehicle due to an issue on the first one.
I now have a problem with the EV heater which has had to be replaced and it has done less than 9000 miles.
Anyone else had problems as I am seriously considering a trusty diesel or petrol
