| gogsy1956 Member Since: 15 Jun 2013 Location: Tyne and Wear Posts: 961      | Pressing the lock button once single locks,,,,, only locks the vehicle from outside entry ( perimetric).  Pressing the lock button twice within 3 secs double locks ( locks from inside and outside)  and also set the interior space alarm. You can disable the interior sensor and tilt sensor via the dash menu ( alarm sensors) but it is not permanent and will automatically revert to enabled again when you next open the car. 2010 RRS, TDV8

 Its for life on the 1st manufacture you select, then, approx £19 per year for every additional manufacturer you add. Its a very cheap useful tool for scanning and clearing DTC's, oil change reset, steering reset EPB etc etc not sure it will help with your alarm though | ||
