SOS SYSTEM - Limited Fuctuonality

Morning!
I recently purchased a 2016 SVR
The battery has been low where sitting at dealership which is now due to be replaced.
The above fault has come up on the dash now with a yellow warning triangle.
Could this be due to the low main battery state?
Does it need to go to a main dealer to resolve the issue?
I purchased from a very good private dealership near Guildford.

Any help appreciated.

I think this means either one of a few things: -

The internal battery backup in the tracker is depleted. You can change it yourself, bit of a job but do-able.

The system needs to be re-sync'd, you can do this by holding the white LR call button in the overhead console until it starts flashing to see if that manages to re-establish the connection.

I had syncing issues and after much messing around LR admitted that the problem was their end (after they denied this and told me to book the car in for diagnostics) and then it suddenly got better all on it's own! Assuming you have an active subscription it's worth contacting LR Customer Svcs and asking them to log the issue and they can pass it to the telematics division and remotely check it.

It accepts Vin and recognises the car and model the I go through the procedure where I press the left over head button for 10 seconds then wait a few minutes, that's when my phone should refedh and go on to next step but it doesnt I have waited over 30mins

Seems be be the last fault.
When the car was still associated with previous owner the button was illuminated. I called the help centre and they said it prob is not illuminated now as previous owner has been removed.
Bloody nightmare this is - will try again later and fingers crossed
