Rrs 4.2 sc pcv

I changed the pcv today to try sort a slight miss on tick over. It hasn't worked lol. Is it normal to hear the air flowing/hissing through the pcv. Ive sprayed the area with soapy water to see if I can find a leak but can't find any. The o rings seem quite loose also
