Straighten headlight beams

I have a 2006 Range Rover sport hse 4.4 petrol. The headlight low beams are cross-eyed. Not a problem in the city but a concern on the highway at 75 or 80 mph. The headlights are adaptive but do not move. Some sort of a comm issue that nobody seems to be able to sort. Is there a way to manually straighten the beams on these headlights. Buying two new headlights without knowing if that will fix the problem isn’t in the budget. Thx. Phil

The direction can be adjusted using two screws on the back of each unit. Whether there is enough adjustment for your needs will require some experimentation. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

using the adjustment screws wont work if they are adaptive headlights..

i'd disconnect the battery and hopefully when you reconnect the adaptive ecu will reboot and you'll have your proper beams back...

Thanks for the replies. They are as adjusted as they will go. I have tried a hard reset several times, the lights just don’t move any longer. Can they be adjusted from inside the headlight housing? Phil
