Just had my steering wheel swapped over so the battery was disconnected, once powered back up I noticed that the arrival time did not show.... any ideas of how to get it back???

sorry for the picture being sideways, ive tried removing the nav disc but no luck also tried changing the time again no luck.

arrival time works on previous speed/time taken etc so when you disconnected the battery everything was reset....

you'll find that after a few journeys the estimate time should come back..

Wow really ok well I will give it some time then, fingers crossed it's a silly thing really but something I miss having there

Hi, I origally posted the same issue, I was told that it would come back ove time but it is still missing on mine.

Yeah mine is still missing too, seems nobody has found why it does it and how to get it back.

Have same issue on my one and found it's most surely related to last April GPS rollover.

If Sat Nav cannot get GPS time no ETA calculation is possible, you could just set to TIme To Arrival in general setting.

I found some info about other Denso sat nav here:

but they do not apply to RRS as it seems not possible to set time in our diag mode... I'm afraid our satnav need a firmware upgrade.

Little update on sat nav arrival time

It's back, and all working fine,

Think maybe if you use the nav more often it may come back sooner.
