United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

I don't think Halfords have a manual for this. Look for forum member naks. He has a link in his signature to workshop manuals you can download. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

I guess you should of seen whether it was possible to take the engine out the wright off and put in the other one.

A recon engine from landrover is over £7000 + fitting from memory. Sorry to tell you,

Oval auto's do a recon for less money with decent deputation.

I'm sorry to say a diy repair is unlikly. A new crank is not cheap and is likely to be throwing more money away.

I would consider selling the whole car, and getting a runabout, until you have more money.
