United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black
Ctek Comfort Connector 7pin Charging Adaptor

I’m looking to get a Ctek Battery Conditioner for my 2012 RRS L320 which one do i need and can I also use it on my 2010 Defender 90 2.4? How do I connect to the RRS? Should I get trailer socket fitted like the one pictured below on my Defender?

 Cheers Laurence.

You'll need the Auxiliary socket, and the car battery can be charged thro' the Permanent live. 2011 MY D4 HSE

I have a MXS5 and a MXS10 both work fine, the MXS10 has a larger capacity and has a 12V supply option.

You will either need a grey 12S (caravan) socket or the 13 pin socket to connect to if you want to use a trailer socket.

The other option is to fit a comfort adaptor some where suitably hidden to just plug the CTEK into. 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography

Don't even need to bend down to plug it in, yet alone take towing eye cover off.

As the vehicle has a BMS system fitted you need to use the Pos. battery terminal and a body earth point not the neg. terminal, there are some close to the battery. I also connected it via a Anderson plug so I can unplug it and plug in my battery charger or portable compressor if needed.

Cheers

Take a look at the site shop
https://www.disco3.co.uk/shop/tow-electric...c-p45.html
I purchased the 13pin and use it with a mxs10.
Due to not doing many miles and the wife liking the car warm (pre heat).
I charge the car overnight once every week.
