United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Hi Andy i have attached a picture of the offending plug that i can't seem to place with a corresponding plug on the car, this is the end plug on the harness kit. all other plugs are hooked up to the head unit, power supply, Nokia module and bluetooth module supplied with the kit.
perhaps I'm missing something and there may be a plug hidden in the dash somewhere but this is a female with the cam lock type of fitting and also seems to have on the back a clip to secure it to the body work.

hope this helps, I'm struggling to make sense of it, cheers

Which number are you having a problem with?

Is it one connector you have a problem with or two/pair?

Have you searched for Bluetooth with your phone ?

Look at page 16 of the insptructions. The wiring diagram.

Do you think its might be the "base plate telephone" connector?
That wire would reach under the arm rest wouldn't it? Although the kits is meant to be bluetooth only? Crying or Very sad

So you have trying to follow the user instructions?
Turned ignition on.
Bluetooth enabled on your phone, and run a scan.
Something should appear. Ford?

Or maybe you are missing a module?

It wouldn't surprise me if you still get the "phoned not fitted message" even when working, as its a ford bolt on kit.

I'm afraid there its no good calling me. I have never kitted one of these kits so really can't answer your question.

Check you front cigar lighter still works (when you took the power from)
I assume you had the ignition on when you were searching for a bluetooth signal? It needs to be on I

pictures of the rear of the headuinit with connectors plugged in, may help.

Otherwise try and do some research on the internet

hi, just checked the colour codes on the harness and they match those on the wiring diagram in the fitting instructions as you mentioned for plugging into the base plate connector.
power is all present to the cigar lighter, radio works and steering wheel buttons work also.
yes ignition on when searching for bluetooth, will get you some pictures of the head unit plugs.

thanks for your help, cheers
