It isn't the pipe connection.. the metal pipe that is attached to the bottom of the rad and curves around and towards the back has a pin hole in it. I had to remove most of the front of the car just to see it.

I've just been searching for the rad on the web and it seems to be the intercooler rad. I thought intercooler rads had air in them not water.. is the supercharger water cooled then? |

Well. The car is in pieces all over the drive... I've got the rad drained and disconnected but due to the stupid pipes it won't come out of the space..

It's not going to plan.. I ordered a new rad from Rimmer bros via UPS next day delivery. After waiting all day I got a call from someone several miles away saying they had a box delivered addressed to me.

Well I think it's fixed.. just checked the coolant level this morning and it's the same as yesterday- for several days every morning I would have to put in .5 litre of coolant and I was thinking there was still a leak. I even put a sheet of cardboard under it overnight to check.
