I've migrated across from Defender2.net, as picking up a new to me 2015 RRS this week. Still got the Defender puma too, so loving how the drive will look.

Hello forum members, my name is Chris, I'm not an owner yet but I am in the process of saving for a MY12 RRS Super Charged Autobiography. Is this a wise choice I wonder? What is the general consensus? And I should say I know everything about the supercharged is not cheap but having had the same ford focus diesel since March 2003 you can see why I want to have power and comfort (Prior to the focus I did own a M3 GT2 and before that a 328i and a 325i)

I’m not the most feverant of inter web fans, nor do I use it much (anymore), for this kind contact, but having lurked for a while and used the advice on some of the threads, I thought you lot might be worth getting to know out in the open...(sorry for the covert approach)...
I’m not new to LR products, having started a long time ago with an ex MoD 88, then a series of Lightweights, a brief encounter with a forward control, then a few 90’s, 110’s progressing to (or possibly regressing), to a Discovery or 2, then 3 RR Classics, including a CSK, a Holland & Holland and latterly an SVC plated prototype Soft Dash...a P38 followed, (terrible car), and lastly a 35th anniversary RR before finally buying an AB L320 in August...that’s 18 LR’s in the last 32 years plus a few other exotics that I won’t go into right now, but I guess I’m a self confessed Petrol Head and proud of it.
Anyway, I like events and hope to meet some of you over the coming months/years...and thanks for the hard work, help and advice so far...long may it continue!

Hi all I have just bought a 2011 facelift Range Rover sport 3.0 she, I was changing the interior bulbs for led bulbs and the sun visor bulb, as I was taking it out short circuited with the screwdriver.
This resulted in the visors and side reader lights at front not working, but also occasionally since then wen I put car in drive message comes up; gearbox fault, not always sometimes but no difference in performance etc...
I wanted to know is there a fuse or relay gone coz of me short circuiting the bulb I’ve checked manual there’s only one interior fuse but that can’t be gone as all rest of bulbs work fine

I don't, and never have, owned a Range Rover BUT; I do intend to buy one this year. With that in mind I decided to join the site and say hello - "Hello".

I intend to buy in May'ish with a budget of circa £12k and separate repair penny jar for any unforeseen expenses. I will be asking for recommendations etc. in a different thread - but will stick to an introduction in this post.

I presently run a modern leased car that does 48MPG and all fixes are free so my future motoring should be interesting. I do own a modern Ducati so I am used to sleepness nights
