Are the tyres the same pressure across the axle? I've found that a mismatch of pressures can cause a vibration. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I had the hub give problems a few years ago on an x-trail. A garage replaced the bearing under warranty, and they warped the hub getting the old bearing out. They claimed it was ok but when I checked the run out of the hub it was oval. New hub cured it. |

With my current RRS (L320) there are a couple,of sections of freeway where I have a bit of steering shimmy but on most surfaces it's fine. I think that road surface does make a difference which is annoying as it's hard to diagnose. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6
