Hi guys,

Hoping someone can help me out, I've done lots of searching but unfortunately had no luck. Was driving along as normal and then suddenly the red suspension light comes on, plugged the car in to diagnostics and two codes were stored ( C1119 - Hydraulic pressure and U0434 Invalid data received from dynamic response module ). Checked the fluid in the reservoir and it was just below the min line, topped it back up and tried reseting the codes but they come straight back, removed the high pressure filter in the valve block and throughly cleaned it out, removed the reservoir and cleaned out and topped back up with new fluid but still the same issue fault light comes on as soon as i start the car.

suggestions guys?

It's a sealed system and thus the level won't change unless you have a leak, and you don't want to run the pump low on fluid as it's a �1k part!!

Usual culprit is one of the front or rear anti-roll bar actuator seals, which seem to be the common failure point and can't be repaired, although occasionally it can be one one of the seals on the actuator hydraulic fluid supply side and I believe you can buy a replacement kit for these.

Check the connections to the valve block, one of them may have come lose causing the incorrect pressure reading.

You need a full code read done. There are at least 4 codes that have C1119 at the start and all relate to hydraulic pressure in the DR system.

There is a pressure transducer in the valve block. Be worth checking the connection to this. The transducer can be removed so it might be worth trying to find a replacement. That would be a last resort option though I guess. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Thanks for your replies guys, still had no luck. Changed the filter and fluid as its coming out black but still no joy. Is there any software out there that i can use, at the moment I'm using wow autocar.

Sorry to be a pain, when you say full code read regarding the fault code C1119 underneath that code my software says -0. Would that relate to anything?

Fault now fixed, ended up being dirty fluid blocking the solenoid on the valve block. Flushed system with new fluid and fault now clear.
