Bushes can be replaced but the bolts usually seize so the arms are best just cut off. That means new arms, unfortunately, but is usually cheaper than paying a man to spend hours getting the bolts out.

Probably won't. The bushes make a noise but still "work" so likely not to be picked up. Fingers crossed, anyway! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
