Today's problem

I'm buying the PHEV through my company for Tax incentives and as far as I can tell I need to be the registered keeper as the user/employee which I discussed weeks ago with dealer but the are now saying it has to be registered in the company name

I'm sure this is

I used to own a used FL1 with 2 previous keepers on V5C because the dealer registered in guys company name and he had to change it for insurance - I don't want to have to do this

Anyone experienced this or know where I can find evidence to show dealer he's wrong - or am I

no, they are wrong, when i bought my white Fl2 (the last one) from James at LPR

My dad, the company owner, was on all the documents, the invoice etc, but my details were down on the V5

It says on the V5 the registered keeper, is not necessary the owner of the vehicle

Muddy,,it doesn't matter whos name goes on the V5 as it is not proof of owner,,my father bought a navara truck a few years ago & I put it through my books to claim the vat back & the log book went in his name,then when we sold it I just invoiced the buyer with the vat.
