| Tyrefitter Member Since: 19 Jul 2015 Location: Bridlington East Yorkshire Posts: 3677      | Muddy,,it doesn't matter whos name goes on the V5 as it is not proof of owner,,my father bought a navara truck a few years ago & I put it through my books to claim the vat back & the log book went in his name,then when we sold it I just invoiced the buyer with the vat.
