| Paddi Member Since: 06 Jul 2012 Location: Hertfordshire Posts: 1563      | At least if the turbo actuator rods are squeaking you know something is moving! The rods can be lubricated from below if you remove the plastic shielding but its a long reach up to them. Search the forum and you'll find various ingenious methods including straightened out coathanger with tubing zip tied it used as a means of extending the reach of teflon spray.

Whilst in there I mentioned it to the chap and he said that there are several things which cycle when the ignition is switched off - the egr's, the turbo actuators, the throttle bodies, the air flaps and something else apparently??
