Took the RRS to get the wheels aligned and while it was up in the air we found a broken wire near the front passenger's side wheel area but cant find were it broke from?

Could this be related to the airbag as the airbag light is on and have already checked the switches/plugs under the seat and have also replaced the airbag clockspring?

Is this wire only on the one side as this was clipped onto the yellow clip pictured but there isn't one on the other side nor any brake warning messages?

Could this also throw of the airbag light?

It goes onto the sensor that's clipped to the brake pad. No a chance it's airbag related. Mine had an issue with airbag light coming on and off, was always after car been to dealer. Loom was damaged to seat belt tensioner, obviously during the many seat base changes. This was the only time the seat was moved as most techs at dealer were vertically challenged.  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱

Would a warning light come on due the wire torn as I have no brake pad warning light come on or do the rrs not come with brake pad warning lights?

If you earth the wire your pad warning light will come on.
Wat is the other wire bolted? Wat??? Oh Birmingham, says it all........ it's the wheel motion sensor also know as ABS sensor. That's AssistedBraking System incase you ask.  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
