If you select the 4 x 4 info screen on the infotainment centre it will give you a small 'I' icon next to the mode selected this gives you a more in-depth description of the DSC ( or any other mode you've selected ) the Sport mode allows the gears to be changed quicker enabling acceleration - hope this helps Thumbs Up

There will be an expert along shortly Thumbs Up 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

"Dynamic" special program sets up the suspension so that it is more responsive/active, ride becomes a bit stiff, less body roll as a result.

"Sport" gearbox mode delays upward gear changes so lower gears are held on to a little longer, resulting in improved acceleration. I think it also ensures the car starts off in 1st gear from stationary rather than the usual 2nd.

I have a 2013 RRS not new version.
Is there a dramatic difference between standard and dynamic suspension ride settings.
I switch my setting quite a lot but don't feel like there is much change in suspension stiffness in dynamic mode.
Was thinking of talking to dealer but thought I would ask in here first.
I had a évoque for a courtesy car and the ride in this was very noticeable.
Anyone help or I am I being daft
Steve

I certainly notice bad road surfaces and bumps more in dynamic mode. I feel the difference even when I pay only a little attention. Also, when driving fast on twisty roads, the car feels more under control with less body roll. How "dramatic" the difference is ... that's subjective IMHO and depends on how sensitive you are to changes in ride quality. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

^^^^ as above - don't use it very often but did today - ( when the mood takes Whistle ) solid & definitely more aggressive to drive - steering firm & suspension harder Thumbs Up 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Thanks for the replies.
I can't tell any difference between the two, think I will contact the dealer to at least have a look at it,

yep I use a fair bit the dynamic setting. Always switch on on motorway exits so I don't have to slow down much...(!) but there is a marked difference between that and standard mode.
