Possibly a blown fuse? Worth checking first |

Try the obvious things first; check fuse 53 in the passenger compartment fuse box perhaps? The owners manual has instructions on how to access it. No tools required but small fingers or a pair of needle nose pliers make it easier to get the fuses out. If its not the fuse maybe charge up the battery and do a hard reset. |

Sorry, forgot to mention I tried the fuses. Also had someone to disconnect and reconnect the battery. What is a hard reset ? How do you do that. I've been looking online, does anyone think it could be related to the steering coupler ? The only thing is people have had problems prior, but I've had nothing, all has been working as should. :-s

Try resetting the Stereo itself.
