i was rear ended in a car with headrest and i still got whiplash, no odd angle just a french driver reading a A3 sized map whilst driving and didn't see the line of stopped traffic in front of him (though it was over 10 years ago)

In fairness to the insurance industry (I can't believe I'm saying that), if people crash then it is only fair to increase premiums. Insurance is a probability game and every time one outcome occurs it changes the probability (well, it doesn't but it's simpler if people think it does). 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
