Hello All,

Ive been scouring these pages the last few weeks since looking to buy an RRS. Well, 2 weeks ago we seem to have found the one.....but still waiting to have the dealer finish the prep before we collect. We're supposed to be collecting it this coming Wednesday (2006 RRS 2.7 HSE) but I heard from the dealer this morning that they've had to replace the turbo and actuator. Is this normal for a 51K car with full LRFSH? I thought not, but maybe its a good start to have this major part replaced before it leaves the dealer? opinions please guys. Ive already ordered the smoked side repeaters and looking to change the interior wood for refinished panels which I found on ebay. Reliving my youth on the modding scene I guess which the wife actually seems quite happy to go along with. Looking forward to many more chats, hopefully not to discuss problems occuring.  Was this really a good idea?

I have been signed up for a week or two and have been learning loads--still have loads to pick up.

Just collected my 2010 RRS HSE in Stornoway grey from Hunters of Preston --well happy, in fact i haven't been as enthused by a car purchase since i got my 4.2 V8 Jaguar XF (still have it-its so good i aint parting with it) 4 years ago.

In the recent years, I have had a 2009 Jeep GC (was ok and no surprises) and a new 2012 BMW 530d Sport most recently and realised it was a RRS i should have bought-so went ahead and tracked one down

I love it

I will be reading up on all the griff on these superb vehicles

Just thought I'd say hello.

Well after a couple of months looking at RRS on Autotrader and wondering whether I will miss my 2012 M3 once it's gone I finally decided to take the plunge this weekend and took one for a test drive and instantly fell in love with the bloody thing. The M3 is a fantastic car but I spend most of time just tootling around in auto wishing everything was a bit softer so decided to go for it and did the deal on Saturday afternoon.

My car is a 2012 Fuji White SDV6 HSE with Luxury pack with 3,800 miles on the clock, not sure on the exact interior colour but I will just say White leather with two tone dash

I will be collecting my car on Monday afternoon and am seriously looking forward to finding out about these lovely cars and will almost certainly have some stupid question or other by the end of the week
