I'm an idiot - bought a 911, want a Sport again!

After 2 RRS's I finally bought myself a 1st generation 997 911. Love the car, great handling, sense of occasion etc.

BUT, after 2 months of ownership, an old back injury has reared it's ugly head again! I can only put it down to the firmer drive and low slung driving position.

I want my old HST back!! Big Cry

I can relate to you situation I too sold my RRS (S/C) few months back so I could get the new shape and came home after an afternoon out with my mate with a new BMW 335d Question

Fantastic drive, road holding and great MPG (My 335d) but like you just a few months in to owning it I want another RRS! There isn't anything that comes close to owning one! It looks like it's going to cost me big time to change it so soon Big Cry but hey it'll be worth it when I get to drive a new shape S/C to work every morning and polish it at weekends ! Very Happy

I did something similar.

After 2 RRS's brought a 997 cab, lovely car and cured an itch but not something I wanted to drive all the time. I then for some reason ordered a top spec Toyota Hilux, after 10 days im trying to get out of it and get back into a RRS, 2010 this time. Unfortunately it is going to cost, won't be as much as your beamer though :-0
